• Customers: You must provide real, accurate information (like your correct name, actual active delivery address, and active mobile phone number) so vendors can complete your order successfully.

• Store Owners: You confirm that your kitchen is clean, holds all necessary local food safety licenses, and that the prices and timings listed on your dashboard are accurate.

Unlike big corporate food apps, FoodBaba does not run or own the kitchens. Every independent merchant operates their storefront under their own configuration parameters:

• The store owner decides their own working hours and item availability flags.

• The store owner can pause incoming requests if their physical kitchen becomes overloaded.

• FoodBaba is not responsible if a store changes its operational availability or layout without warning.

• All final order checkout figures shown are determined directly by the specific local shop you pick.

• Delivery fulfillment is handled locally. Store owners can use their own staff or direct local riders. FoodBaba is a digital platform and does not manage or employ delivery fleets.

• Once a store confirms your order and starts preparing the fresh food, the transaction configuration is locked and cannot be canceled by the customer.

We believe in mutual respect between small businesses and neighbors. We reserve the right to ban or suspend any user profile immediately if:

• Fake orders are submitted to intentionally disrupt a vendor's inventory.

• A user misuses browser GPS tools to generate fraudulent address lookups.

• Rude, harassing, or dangerous behavior occurs toward independent store owners or delivery personnel.
